Lemon Pepper Chicken
Ingredients:
-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
-1/4 cup flour
-1 tsp pepper
-1/4 cup butter
-1 package dry italian dressing/seasoning mix
-1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
-1/2 cup chicken broth
-salt and pepper to taste
Prepare your chicken by rinsing it and trimming the fat. Since the chicken breasts that I buy are always huge, I cut them in half making them more like tenders.
In a shallow dish, combine the flour and pepper. Coat the chicken in the flour.
Melt the butter in a saucepan on your stovetop over medium heat. Once melted, brown each side of the chicken, but not cooking it throughout because you will be putting them in the crockpot. You just want them to have a nice golden brown breading on each side.
Spray crockpot with cooking spray and place the chicken into the crockpot. Sprinkle the italian seasoning package top of the chicken.
Mix together the lemon juice and chicken broth. Pour over the chicken and seasonings.
Cook on low for 3-4 hours.

Mushroom Pork Chops
Recipe:
-4 to 8 pork chops (I prefer pork chops)
-1-2 Onions sweet, white, yellow
-1 or 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
In the bottom of a crock pot place 1-2 onions ringed or sliced. You can use white, yellow or sweet whatever you have on hand. Then you lay the pork chops on top. I like bone in, these are center cut and big. Next pour on 1-2 cans of cream of mushroom soup, I used 2 this time, you can pour on and leave or spread it out like I did, either way works. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3.

Berry cobbler
Frozen berries
-dry cake mix
-1 can of sprite.
Yummy cobbler. It sounds so easy - and it is good and weight watcher friendly! Ingredients : -Two 12-oz bags frozen mixed berries -1 box white cake mix (no pudding) -1 can of diet 7-up or sierra mist (clear soda) Instructions Place frozen fruit in a 9x13 baking dish. Add dry cake mix over the top. Pour soda slowly over cake mix. DO NOT stir the cake mix and the pop - this will give you a 'crust'. If you stir the two, you will hsve a cake like topping. Bake 350 for 45-50 min. You may be able to use frozen peaches instead of mixed berries.
